The following Trial Balance of a Trader is provided as on 31st December 2005:

 

ADJUSTMENT:

Closing Stock valued Rs. 136,000 on 31st December 2005.

Requirements:

Question No.1                                                                                  (10 Marks)

Calculate the amount of Net Working Capital of the Trader.

Question No. 2                                                                                 (10 Marks)

Calculate the amount of Administrative Expenses with the help of an Income Statement if net profit is amounted to Rs. 271,000.

1. This Assignment can be best attempted from the knowledge acquired after watching video lecture no. 1 to lecture no. 23 and reading handouts as well as recommended/reference books).
